Честит ден на жената от Google

От името на всички мъже в екипа на Hicomm, ние честитим на всички малки и големи дами международния ден на жената, 8 март. Google също направи това, чрез видео Doodle. В него се появяват жени от цялата планета на различни възрасти и дори има анимационни и телевизионни герои. В него се забелязват пакистанката Малала Юсуфзай и президентът на Литва Далия Грибаускайте. В края на дудъла всички участнички пожелават „Честит ден на жената!“ на своя роден език.

За пръв път Денят на жената е отбелязан на 23 февруари 1909 г. в САЩ. В Европа за първи път той е отбелязан през 1911 г. в четири държави – Австрия, Дания, Германия и Швейцария. ООН започва официално да подкрепя и спонсорира събитието от 1975 г. - годината, обявена за Международна година на жените. Официалната тема на ООН за тазгодишния Ден на жената е „Равенството за жените е прогрес за всички“.

В България първото публично честване на Деня на жената е през 1915 г., а като национален празник започва да се зачита след 9 септември 1944 г.

От Google казват, че жените в миналото са били по-слабо представени в почти всички области: в наука, учебните планове, бизнеса, политиката и т.н. Ето защо компанията споделя имената на 100 вдъхновяващи жени от цял свят.
